If you subscribe to the mailing list of Hummus For Thought you will get an email for every new post per month: one for the latest interview and one for the latest newsletter. Emails are sent on Sunday mornings, Central European Time.

As the newsletter will be monthly (for now, and then possibly bimonthly) and the interviews will be once every two months, you will not get many emails.

On average, it will be one or two emails a month, and I promise not to increase that number.
