I don’t really know what to say about this. Words are simply not enough to describe my anger and disgust. I usually don’t posts stories simply to share but I want to know what can be done.
A Saudi Islamic Preacher, Fayhan Ghamdi, brutally raped and murdered his 5-year-old daughter, Lamia Ghamdi. His punishment? a few months in jail and a fine of 50, 000$.
AFP reported: “The hospital told the victim’s mother that her child’s “rectum had been torn open and the abuser had attempted to burn it closed.”

Oh my god…
Perhaps we can raise a petition and cause enough of an uproar so that they cannot ignore the outcry? I think, if I’m not mistaken, doing something like that saved this one girl in Saudi who was raped from getting 90 lashes for being alone with men in the first place. It can’t hurt, can it?

I will tear out my visa for Saudi Arabia from my passport and send it to their King along with a letter where I express my disgust
